Cosmetic Surgery by the Numbers
In 2020, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons published statistics on plastic surgery. The most common surgical procedure performed this past year was nose reshaping, followed eyelid surgery, facelift, liposuction and breast augmentation.
The top five nonsurgical procedures were in order botulinum toxin, soft tissue fillers, laster skin resurfacing, chemical peels and intense pulsed light.
The Plastic Surgery Group is dedicated to being a center of excellence across all aspects of plastic surgery. With over 100 years of combined surgical experience and thousands of hours dedicated to their craft, our surgeons are uniquely qualified to perform both surgical and non-invasive procedures. The Plastic Surgery Group has four board certified and two board eligible plastic surgeons who are qualified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery is responsible for accumulating the data through the Cosmetic Surgery National Data Bank and we thank them for that service.
