Face Lift (Rhytidectomy)
As skin begins to age, it looses and sags. Deep lines appear in the natural folds of the skin around the nose and forehead. Fine lines or “crows feet” appear around the eyes and mouth. The skin around the chin and neck sags, creating a “turkey neck” appearance. While heredity, environmental damage and prolonged exposure to the sun can accelerate the aging process, a gradual decline in the smoothness and texture of skin is inevitable as time and gravity win the battle.
Neck Lift (Platsmaplasty)
As you begin to age, your neck muscles become weak and develop unwanted fat deposits which can make your neck appear larger as skin begins to sag. A neck lift is a procedure to eliminate the sagging skin from your neck and tighten the skin that remains, resulting in a more elegant profile and youthful appearance.
Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty)
Fat deposits and excess skin on the upper and lower eyelids can result in drooping upper lids and puffy bags below the eyes. These excess fat deposits may interfere with your vision and make it appear as if you are tired or older than your actual age.
Brow Lift (Forehead Lift)
Lines in the forehead and drooping brows can appear to make a person look angry or tired. A brow lift reduces the size and length of unsightly forehead lines while gently lifting sagging brows.
Nose Surgery (Rhinoplasty)
Surgery of the nose, or rhinoplasty, is the ideal procedure for patients who wish to reshape or resize the look of their nose. Patients with deformities of the nose that make it difficult to breathe may also look to surgery of the nose to restore normal breathing patterns.
Facial Implants (Chin Implants)
Patients with very little chin or a “tortoise” looking profile often elect to undergo a chin implant procedure to give more balance to the face.
Cheek Reduction (Buccal Fat Reduction)
The fat in the cheek area is referred to as buccal fat. Patients with excessive deposits of fat in the cheek area, with the so-called “chipmunk cheeks,” can see results from this procedure.
Gynecomastia (Male Breast Reduction)
Also known as gynecomastia, breast reduction for men is the surgical correction of over-developed or enlarged breasts in men.
The condition of over-developed or enlarged breasts in men, is common in men of any age. It can be the result of hormonal changes, heredity conditions, disease or the use of certain drugs.
- Gynecomastia is characterized by:
- Excess localized fat
- Excess glandular tissue development
- A combination of both excess fat and glandular tissue
- Gynecomastia may be present unilaterally (one breast) or bilaterally (both breasts)
