The Plastic Surgery Group’s Skincare Department offers a variety of services and products to meet your skincare needs. Environmental and lifestyle factors, skin conditions and the hands of time can speed up the process of aging for everyone.

With Skincare specialists on staff at our three locations in Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati and West Chester, we offer convenient office hours and treat all skin types, hyperpigmentation, acne scarring and rosacea. Skincare Policy

Your appointments are very important to our Skincare staff, as your scheduled time is reserved especially for you.

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.  As a courtesy to other patients and our staff, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice if you cannot keep your scheduled appointment. That way we optimize our facility schedule by making cancelled appointments available to other patients.  Our goal is to better serve everyone.

This policy goes into effect immediately, with a minimum 24 hours notice required to cancel/reschedule appointments.  If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up for your appointment on two separate occasions, we will require a $25 deposit when scheduling and/or rescheduling.  This will be used toward your scheduled service for that appointment date.

Skin Care Products Return/Exchange and Packages Policy

Any unopened product will be fully refunded or exchanged within 60 days of purchase.

Opened products, excluding Clarisonics, may only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Opened Clarisonics must be returned through the manufacturer’s Feel and See Program. The manufacturer’s return information is on the product packaging.

Returns on a credit card purchase must be credited to the same card if purchased and returned the same day.  All other valid returns will be refunded with a check.

Skin Care and Laser Packages expire 2 years from the date of purchase.  Packages may not be transferred to other patients or in the case of laser to other treatment areas.  Packages may not be split or shared between patients.
