Dr. Lane Guyton, M.D.

Dr. Guyton was born and raised in Bladenboro, North Carolina. Upon completion of high school, he followed in his father’s footsteps and joined the military where he began in his career in medicine as an army medic. After completing a tour of duty in Iraq, he returned to pursue his dream of being a physician.

He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke graduating Magna Cum Laude, while also performing zero gravity research for NASA. He then completed medical school at the Brody school of medicine at East Carolina University, where he stayed and did a full general surgery residency at Vidant medical center in Greenville, North Carolina. During this time, he found his true passion for plastic and reconstructive surgery.

He was accepted into the independent plastic surgery program at the University of Cincinnati, where he spent three years learning the full spectrum of plastic and reconstructive surgery. He has developed a particular interest in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery as well as facial aesthetics and body contouring. Dr. Guyton is now board eligible and licensed in Kentucky and Ohio.

When not working, Dr. Guyton enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, Luke and Liam, and their dog Link. His wife, Lisa, also serves the women of northern Kentucky as an OB/Gyn with St. Elizabeth Healthcare.
