Joni joined the TPSG family four years ago, working as a Patient Coordinator for Dr. Leadbetter. She brought with her a bachelor’s Degree from The University of Cincinnati and 14 years of experience in patient care as well as sales and marketing. After receiving one of the practice’s first Coolsculpting treatments and seeing her great results, she began her quest to become a Coolsculpting specialist herself. The growth of success with the Coolsculpting program at TPSG has allowed Joni to join the team of Certified specialists, offering an outstanding patient experience with a friendly, caring attitude.

Frankie Grubb

Frankie has been with TPSG for 2 years and brings with her 21 years of professional experience, assisting patients, business partners, clients, and customers to attain their goals.

Excited about new and cutting edge technology, Frankie became a certified CoolSculpting Technician and has mastered the process for the past 2 years. Frankie walks each patient through the process and together they finalize a collaborative plan to enhance, contour, and ultimately achieve their desired look. She takes personal care to ensure patients have the opportunity to relax and unwind during their CoolSculpting treatment. When asked why Frankie enjoys being a CoolSculpting technician she said, “Seeing the look of excitement and growing confidence in my patients is very rewarding.”
